KITKAT® DIGITAL VOUCHERS TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Offer valid one time only and at participating Hungry Jack’s restaurants.
2. Promotional period: 19th March – 15th April, 2024. New vouchers released each Tuesday during the promotional period. Vouchers are valid until the following Monday.
3. Offer only available via the Hungry Jack’s app for pick-up only (delivery excluded).
4. Upon opening the Hungry Jack's mobile application ("App"), customers will be presented with an In-App Message ("IAM") featuring KitKat® range and a prompt inviting them to participate by answering a question.
5. Customers will have the option to vote for one of two provided options. Customers are only eligible to vote once per week (Tuesday-Monday).
6. Upon voting, customers will be directed to a landing page within the App, which will specify whether they have won a KitKat® voucher and if so, what the voucher entitles them to.
7. Dismissing or closing the IAM prior to voting will signal that a customer does not want to participate in the campaign for that week and they will not receive a voucher.
8. The voucher won by the customer will be automatically added to the user's App. Limit of one KitKat® voucher per customer, per week.
9. The voucher can be redeemed either by adding to cart in app or by presenting the barcode for scanning at the cashier.
10. KitKat® will be available to add to vouchers than contain an Iced Coffee $0. Customers transacting via the Hungry Jack’s App will need to manually add the KitKat® to the Iced Coffee (no additional charge) prior to checking out.
11. Winners of KitKat® vouchers will be determined at random from among eligible participants.
12. KitKat® vouchers won as part of the Campaign are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item. No substitutions are available for the voucher prizes.
13. Refer to each individual voucher in-app for full terms and condititions.
14. Vouchers may be withdrawn at any time at Hungry Jack's discretion.
