At Hungry Jack's, the health and wellbeing of our team, customers, and community is our top priority. We have put extra sanitation measures in place in every restaurant and are following strict cleaning, quality control and hygiene procedures.  

OUR PROCEDURES

  • Increased Hand Washing Frequency - All restaurant staff must wash and sterilise their hands every 30 minutes and wear gloves when preparing food.
  • Increased Cleaning Frequency - We have rigorous procedures for equipment and surface sanitisation and our independent external auditors ensure our restaurants meet these strict hygiene standards. 
  • Compulsory Training for all Staff - We have introduced mandatory staff training on COVID-19 with strict prevention, identification and reporting procedures.
